Limited Warranty Program
Lubech® lubricants are formulated to deliver exceptional engine and transmission protection, and we proudly stand behind their quality. We warrant all Lubech® products to be free from defects and to safeguard your vehicle’s critical engine or transmission components from fluid-related failure. Our goal is to give you the same confidence in the oil you use as we have in every product we manufacture.
What Does It Cover?
If a Lubech® automotive oil or transmission fluid is shown to be defective, Bohr Chemical will replace the defective lubricant and will pay the reasonable cost of repair or replacement of any critical engine part directly damaged as a result of that defect. This limited warranty does not cover repair or replacement of equipment due to normal wear.
Do I Qualify?
To qualify for coverage:
The vehicle must be using the appropriate Lubech® lubricant type recommended by the OEM, and it must have been in use at the time of any engine, transmission, or component failure.
The engine must have been in serviceable condition when the Lubech® lubricant was installed.
The lubricant must have been selected and maintained according to OEM specifications or in accordance with Lubech® product instructions.
For vehicles used in commercial or agricultural applications, the appropriate Lubech® product for those purposes must have been used.
The failure must not have been caused by contamination, water, or excessively severe conditions.
The lubricant must have been placed in service within 3 years from its date of manufacture.
Oil changes must have been performed at least once every twelve (12) months.
The lubricant must not have been used in conjunction with any unauthorized additive or incompatible product.
Period of Coverage
Unless otherwise stated on the product label, this limited warranty is valid for 3,000 miles or for the duration of the OEM-recommended fluid change interval, whichever is longer.
